Returns Policy

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item, with tracking and insurance, within 14 days of purchase.

We do not accept responsibility for the item going missing if the item was not sent using a tracked method. The return address is: RM Sports Events, Askern House, High Street , Askern, Doncaster , DN6 0AA. Once returned, the item will be inspected , we will notify you immediately on the status of your refund. We will issue a refund for the full value of your order, this does not include shipping costs. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. We ask that you email: rmsportsevents01@yahoo.com with any tracking information for your returns.

Faulty and Damaged Items

Any item you receive that is faulty or damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving and inform us of the problem, you can call us on 077175 02480 or by email rmsportsevents01@yahoo.com

If the fault is found to be our fault we will offer a replacement, however if that is not possible, a refund will be issued, this will include all shipping costs. If the damage has been caused in shipping you are responsible for claiming via the carrier. We ensure all items are insured for the purchased amount.
